The staff here were absolutely lovely, always going above and beyond to meet all of my needs. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. I also appreciated the excellent wifi and the fact that there was a large safe in the room for added security.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making it easy to relax and enjoy the facilities. The added bonus of yoga classes and massages only adds to the great experience.

Occasionally, some unpleasant fumes from nearby burning can interfere with the otherwise fresh air.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service from the reception staff, Frank and Adriana. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated with indigenous art and had open-air buildings that added to its charm. the spacious palm-covered rooms upstairs were perfect for yoga classes, and the breakfast area upstairs provided stunning views of the surrounding gardens. the breakfast served was delicious and varied, with fresh fruit like pineapple, papaya, and cantaloupe, as well as a range of egg dishes and Mexican options. the cooks, Judy, Yesenia, and Elena, were not only wonderful but also very kind. the hotel is situated in a quiet and residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy downtown area. the views from the top rooms were exceptional, and all the staff members were friendly and worked well together.
