The staff was awesome! Very friendly and professional. They accommodated my disabled mother with no problems and made sure she received a room that would suit her needs. ! Great breakfast! Friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean room. Service was amazing and the room was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. I liked that there was cable and wifi. They even let me check in early for my convenience! I also liked that there is a convenient shopping center and of course that it is across the street from the mall.

The outdoor pool was a highlight for me. It was fantastic to have the option to swim under the beautiful Southern California sun, unlike most hotels in the area with only indoor pools. Additionally, the staff was amazing - friendly, professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist my disabled mother and ensured she had a suitable room. The hotel's location was another plus, with a variety of food options right outside and within walking distance to both a mall and other restaurants.

The hotel is located near a large local mall as well as several great restaurants. Guests can easily enjoy some local cuisine or go shopping during their stay. The rooms are spacious and the bedding and towels are of high quality. The air conditioning is quiet and doesn't disturb the guests while they rest. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options such as cinnamon rolls.

One of the guests mentioned the shower being a bit too hot and having some control issues.

There were a few downsides to our stay. we requested an accessible room but were given one with standing water in the bathtub or construction debris blocking the hallway, which made navigation difficult.
