We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the midst of some re-building which did make getting around the premises a little challenging. However, the location was great for ending March Break, swimming, visiting family and our first trip to the freaklunchbox. We were close to the waterfront boardwalk, which was a wonderful way to see the city and enjoy the beautiful Halifax harbor and the gateway to the Atlantic Ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The music in the Niche bar/restaurant was too loud, but that was our only complaint.

Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. the central downtown location allowed us to easily explore everything we wanted to see and do. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and provided great service throughout our stay.

The quality of the toilet paper could be improved, as it felt rough like sandpaper. Additionally, there was a bit of mold in the shower that could have been addressed.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with a convenient location near the waterfront. Short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants/bars. Spectacular view from the room overlooking the water. Spacious room with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. Ideal for exploring the city.

I couldn't have asked for a better view! My room was directly on the corner and allowed me to see out to the boardwalk and water, which was lovely. The spacious room and big bathroom were also a plus. The beds were very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location and clean rooms.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the bus circle and a quick stroll to the harbor. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, treating our dogs like royalty. Plus, there were no unpleasant smells or noise from other pets.

The location of the hotel was great, being only a few steps away from the waterfront and a short walk to the casino. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The hotel was quite expensive, especially considering the noisy HVAC system that disturbed our sleep during the first night. Additionally, there was noise from other guests, which impacted our rest.

This place is right in the center of everything. It's easy to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they provide excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable, and they offer everything you need to feel at home, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar area are great places to relax after a long day of exploring.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the heart of this beautiful city. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything in the downtown core just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were great, including the underground parking which made it easy for us to come and go. The staff, especially Emmily, were friendly and provided us with excellent advice and suggestions on where to go. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hot tub was a nice touch and provided a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the attached restaurant and lounge made dining and nightlife incredibly convenient.

We stayed in Halifax for the Int'l Tattoo. Convenient to Scotia Center, waterfront, and city facilities. Hillary, the receptionist, was outstanding, helping find a dentist for one of our party. Great location, friendly staff, informative, and comfortable rooms. The maid did a great job, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooftop patio was a cool spot to catch a sports game, and underground parking was conveniently located.

Excellent Customer Service Experience

During our stay at Four Points, we called ahead to inquire about having a bottle of wine in our room. To our delight, when we arrived, we were upgraded to a harbor view suite and found snacks and a chilled bottle of Nova 7 waiting for us. It was a delightful surprise! The comfortable bed was an added bonus. The staff was kind and attentive, even giving us a refund for a noisy first night. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service.
