The breakfast could have been better with more variety or options available.

The room had high ceilings and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast was excellent, with delightful presentation and friendly staff. The facility was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Additionally, the room assigned to me was up to date and had nice high ceilings, which added a cool touch. We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff was initially reserved, but they quickly warmed up and provided excellent customer service when we had an issue with our locked luggages. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was conveniently located near Universal Studios, and the breakfast selection was impressive. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.
