We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food, especially the gambas, ordered for room service was delicious. The front desk team made us feel special and answered all our questions. The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the town center and all the attractions Amsterdam has to offer. It was also conveniently close to the train station. The staff was friendly, spoke excellent English, and were always willing to help.

I had an ok stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The check-in process had a little mix-up with the computer system, but the staff handled it well. The executive lounge had a great selection of food and the sky bar was cool, although it was a bit crowded. The rooms were clean, but could use some love. I would recommend this hotel for a decent stay.

The hotel's location next to Centraal station in the heart of Centruum was perfect, as we were able to easily access everything in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that offered panoramic views of the canal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast catered for our vegan needs.

This place is in a great location, right beside the train station which is great. The metro link to the city center is excellent and very convenient. It's also located in the central area and right on a major canal, making the views even more stunning. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire. The room amenities are fantastic, with everything you could possibly need, from ironing facilities and a mini-bar to a sitting area and terrace. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms add an extra level of comfort and privacy. The staff here are also very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The staff did give us some bad advice for dinner, but overall this hotel is definitely worth recommending to all. The manager could benefit from some customer service training, as the younger reception staff may not always provide the best information.

This hotel is in a prime location right next to the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved that I could easily access trams, buses, and the Metro to get to different parts of the city. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the dam area and even the pubs and bars in the red light area if you're up for it. There are also affordable canal tours nearby, so you can fully immerse yourself in the picturesque canals of this wonderful city.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a spacious room, nice bathroom, and an iMac in the room instead of a regular TV. The location was perfect, right next to Centraal station and within walking distance of everything. The staff treated us well, especially Andrea in the exec lounge who was friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or options.

I had the pleasure of staying at Doubletree By Hilton and it was simply fantastic. The location of the hotel is incredible, with easy access to all the best shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. I was able to walk to most places, including the famous red light district. And if I wanted to venture farther, the tram station was just a short 5-minute walk away.

doubletree by hilton made my weekend trip in amsterdam unforgettable. the location was perfect, close to the train station and very quiet at night. the staff were friendly and the sky lounge had amazing views and delicious food.
