I recently stayed at the Doubletree By Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station and had a lovely time. The room was not only spacious but also had a mini refrigerator and a comfortable work desk, which made it perfect for my needs. The breakfast options were diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the pastries. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Jerome helped me navigate the city and public transport, which was a huge plus. Lastly, the bar on the 11th floor offered stunning views of the city, making for a memorable evening.

The check-in process felt a bit slow.

My experience was marred by significant issues. The check-in process was painfully slow, with only a few staff available to manage a full house. The room I received was not the one I reserved, and despite my expectations, the noise from the rooftop bar persisted late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, when I requested assistance from the reception, they often didn't respond, forcing me to make multiple trips down to address basic needs. Overall, I felt disappointed and undervalued during my stay.

Exceptional location near Centraal Station and attractions.

My experience was overshadowed by the lengthy check-in process, with only two staff members working during peak hours, leading to frustrating delays. The sound from the hotel's bar drifted into my room, disrupting my sleep late into the night. To top it off, the basic amenities in the room, like the fridge, were underwhelming and disappointing for the price we paid.

I stayed at the Doubletree By Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station recently, and I was really impressed by how accommodating the staff was. I particularly appreciated their willingness to assist my father, who has disabilities, by bringing him water and checking if he needed any help. The upgraded room we received had stunning views, and the staff's personal touches made our stay especially welcoming. The Skylounge staff were also attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease during our time there. Although breakfast can get busy, we managed to find a quieter area to relax and enjoy our meal.

The view from my room was lekker, right over the water with boats drifting by. The staff was flippen friendly, especially the chommie at reception who sorted us out with a fast track pass for the rooftop chill spot. Those warm cookies at check-in? Absolutely a treat!

Brekkie was a bit of a scrum, but we managed to find a quieter spot to enjoy it.

The location is fantastic! ! Right next to every mode of transport! Staff were accommodating and arranged a crib for our baby, enhancing our family stay experience.

The room size was quite cramped, making it tough to navigate with luggage. Also, noise from surrounding areas disrupted a peaceful night’s sleep.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the central train station! I loved how close we were to all the key attractions. The rooftop bar gave us stunning sunset views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful experience.
