The staff was friendly and informative, making us feel welcome during our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the different flavored coffee creamers available. The outside of the hotel was well-maintained and visually appealing. the service and amenities provided a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Port Clinton for a family vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and amazing pool area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated that the check-in age was 18+ instead of the usual 21+. The receptionist was kind enough to offer extra towels for my grandchildren at the pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from fixing our TV to providing great recommendations for local activities. The views from the back of the hotel were stunning, and the staff promptly addressed a bee issue. They even mailed back a personal item that we left behind. the hotel provided a convenient and pleasant experience.

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was top-notch, super clean and spacious. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. But the real highlight was the staff - they treated us like royalty from the moment we walked in!

Now, if I had to nitpick, I would say that the morning meal could use a little improvement. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of options, but maybe adding a few more healthy choices would take it to the next level.

They allowed us to leave our stuff at the front desk while we went to retrieve a forgotten item, and even upgraded us to a king suite. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels to choose from. The location on Lake Erie was beautiful and close to attractions.
