The staff was friendly and informative, making us feel welcome during our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the different flavored coffee creamers available. The outside of the hotel was well-maintained and visually appealing. the service and amenities provided a pleasant experience.

There were some issues that affected our stay. the room had an uncomfortable odor that was quite unpleasant.

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was top-notch, super clean and spacious. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. But the real highlight was the staff - they treated us like royalty from the moment we walked in!

Now, if I had to nitpick, I would say that the morning meal could use a little improvement. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of options, but maybe adding a few more healthy choices would take it to the next level.

They allowed us to leave our stuff at the front desk while we went to retrieve a forgotten item, and even upgraded us to a king suite. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels to choose from. The location on Lake Erie was beautiful and close to attractions.
