We recently stayed at a hotel in Jantzen Beach and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location provided easy access to everything, and the refrigerator in our room worked perfectly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was sufficient, and the hotel's location right outside of downtown Portland made it convenient for us to explore the city. We were also thrilled to find out that it was near the Jantzen Beach Shopping Area, which had a wide range of stores including Panera Bread and Famous Footwear. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the automatic pancake maker. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, making our experience even more enjoyable.

We stayed in a suite for a week and had a great experience. The location near the ice machines was not a problem as the walls were well insulated. We were also upgraded to a jacuzzi room, which was clean and luxurious. The staff, especially Sammy at reception, was exceptional and provided us with freshly baked cookies and helpful information about nearby attractions. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway but still quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room had a cozy atmosphere with a gas fire and Christmas decorations. We will definitely be back.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to our spacious and well-maintained room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and a partitioned sitting area that made us feel like we were staying in a suite. The parking was convenient, allowing us to park right in front of the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Expo Center where we needed to be and also near various shops. We enjoyed taking a walk in the park-like setting surrounding the hotel, especially since we could bring our dog along.

We had booked a hot tub room for our stay, but unfortunately, it was occupied when we arrived. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and upgraded us to a spacious 2-bedroom suite.
