Had a lovely time! The staff were a dream and even saved us $20 on parking. The room was cozy and not too noisy, despite the traffic outside—kudos for that!

The Wi-Fi was a puzzle, and I felt like a detective trying to figure it out. Also, saw a bar of soap that maybe should have gone on vacation too!

Awesome location, just down the street from Washington Park. parking was easy and free. the staff were super helpful when we checked in, changing our room to a quieter one. loved the spacious bathroom, just perfect after a long day!

Nothing it is perfect.

The beds were super comfy, and the free parking made life easy. We loved checking out Washington Park and exploring the shops on 23rd Ave. Breakfast was great, and the staff helped us find local eateries. Perfect spot for a group getaway.

The only downside was the pool. it could definitely use more cleaning. Other than that, everything was solid.

The pool area, filled with natural light and well-maintained, was a delightful place to unwind after a day of exploring nearby shops and eateries on NW 23rd Ave.

During my stay, I noticed some cleanliness issues that were disheartening. There were signs of mold on the shower curtain, and I found the ceiling above the shower to be in need of attention. It was frustrating to encounter these problems in an otherwise comfortable room, which could have been more inviting with better upkeep.

The location is perfect for exploring Portland, especially nearby eateries and parks. The beds are fantastic, ensuring restful nights, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous after several days, and we missed a variety of options. The pancake machine struggled to work. Also, we found the room's charging setup a bit lacking.

For a cozy stay, request a room on higher floors away from the elevator to minimize noise and enjoy better views.

Had some hiccups with a musty smell in the first room, but they switched us without issue. Overall, it was a cozy space to relax after exploring Portland. Loved that the A/C worked great, especially during the heat wave!

We had a cozy Queen Room with two beds. It was clean and perfect for our family. The only hiccup was that we had to switch rooms halfway because the first one was a bit musty. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast included was solid each morning. Location was great for grabbing food nearby—definitely a plus!

Just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Portland with high value for money. The continental breakfast was a lifesaver. they had plenty of fresh coffee and warm food to start the day right. For quieter nights, aim for the higher floors away from the elevator.
