The pool was not operational during my stay!!! Inadequate cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and the lack of timely maintenance response were disappointing!!! Excessive road noise from the highway made it hard to rest comfortably!!!

The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, featuring delicious cinnamon rolls and a decent variety that kept our kids happy. The room was spacious, and the staff was genuinely friendly.

We did experience some noise from the hallway that made it a bit difficult to sleep. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed with the pool being out of service during our visit.

Walked in and snagged some of those wicked homemade cookies at the desk, nice touch. Breakfast was solid—cinnamon rolls were the best. Room was spacious, clean, and I loved the full-size toiletries in the bathroom. Staff? Super friendly!

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ripley was like unwrapping a surprise gift that turned out to be an inflatable cactus—initially perplexing but ultimately delightful! The clean queen suite was like a cozy hug after a long drive, featuring a comfy sofa bed and full-size toiletries that made me feel like I was pampering myself on vacation instead of just 'roughing it' in a hotel.

The big selection for breakfast was enjoyable, especially the fresh coffee. The comfortable king bed provided a good night's rest, and extra storage space and a comfy chair in the room were a nice touch. Housekeeping should improve on cleaning, though, as the carpet had crumbs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

the holiday inn express was a solid choice for our stay. the breakfast was a hit with my girlfriend and sister, offering a great variety. the location was perfect for the craft show without dealing with downtown traffic. the receptionist was super friendly, adding a nice touch to our experience.
