I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to everything in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Peaceful Rest with Outstanding Staff

We were recommended this hotel by a family member and it exceeded our expectations. The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful rest after a long day of exploring Suffolk. The breakfast selection was impressive and constantly refreshed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Suffolk was excellent. The room was spacious and well laid out, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and even allowed us a late check-out without any hassle. we felt we got great value for our money and enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could have been improved was the morning meal. While there were options available, the eggs were rubbery and not very appetizing.

The breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express was satisfactory, with a variety of options including pastries, cold cereal, fresh fruit. The scrambled eggs could have been better, but overall it was a decent meal. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The beds were cozy, and having four pillows to choose from was a nice touch.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Firstly, the pool was not functioning, and we were not informed about this ahead of time.

The outdoor pool was a wonderful amenity, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The room was spacious, with two queen beds and a couch, providing plenty of room for all of us. The hotel staff, especially the General Manager Brian, and a Front Desk associate, made us feel welcomed and took great care of us.

We really got our money's worth with the value of this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a surprise couch. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops yet tucked away in a quiet spot. The staff treated us like family, providing prompt and friendly service.

The only thing that could've made breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

I was visiting family and needed a convenient place to stay. The hotel was just a quarter mile from their home, making it the perfect location for me. Despite being close to restaurants and shops, the hotel felt tucked away in a quiet and private area. The outdoor pool was a wonderful bonus, and having a couch in the room along with the two queen beds was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Mexican restaurant right next door. we loved everything about our stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

I was visiting family nearby and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a quarter mile away. Brian, the General Manager, was not only welcoming but also hands-on in maintaining the hotel's high standards. The breakfast was delicious and the spacious room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially a friendly Front Desk associate with beautiful locs, made me feel like family. Despite the pool being closed, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the quiet location right off the highway.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
