The lobby and ground floor were clean and modern, and the overall hotel staff were friendly. The spacious rooms were also clean.

Lastly, the included breakfast was a bonus. I loved the neat pancake machine that allowed me to enjoy delicious pancakes each morning. The hotel's location in the KC Metro area was also convenient, as it was close to everything I needed. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The staff was excellent, especially the Irishman behind the desk on the second shift. He was very helpful, courteous, and provided us with pertinent information.
