Stayed at a hotel conveniently located near the Grand Cube Hall. The spacious room had excellent amenities and a large, comfortable bed. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to understand and meet my needs. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to Osaka Station every 6 minutes, making transportation easy. Plenty of dining options available, and breakfast can be paid for directly at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. The Natural Comfort Floor offers an additional lounge area with great views and complimentary drinks. The main lobby cafe is a relaxing spot to wait for check-in.

my recent stay in Osaka was amazing, but my stay at Rihga Royal Hotel was even better. The shuttle bus to Osaka Station was so convenient and the hotel had a great selection of restaurants. Plus, the direct train to Kyoto from Nakanoshima station saved me so much time!

This hotel definitely fulfilled all our luxurious needs, from the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service. The Spa & wellness centre was a true oasis of relaxation, with an Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Massage options. The room advantages were evident, featuring elegant decor and outstanding private facilities. We enjoyed the delicious meals served at the Restaurant and unwinded at the Bar/Lounge area with a drink. Moreover, the leisure/TV room was a perfect place to disconnect and relax.

There was only one minor issue we faced during our stay at this hotel. However, this was a minor issue, and it didn't ruin our overall impression.
