The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a great addition, allowing for some enjoyable downtime after a busy day of exploring the city. The friendly and helpful staff at the front desk always greeted us warmly when we returned to the hotel, making us feel welcome and valued as guests.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The sound insulation in the rooms was not great, which meant that noise from outside or neighboring rooms could be heard quite easily.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my stay. The staff was amazing, greeting me with a smile from the moment I walked through the door. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge that kept my items cold. The breakfast selection was excellent, including delicious cinnamon rolls that my kids loved. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, close to the Vacaville outlet and many nearby restaurants.

The only downside was the high price of the hotel. Additionally, the towels in the pool area were rough and very small, and the hot tub wasn't as hot as I would have liked.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vacaville and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a wine/beer evening social, which I unfortunately missed, but it's a great added perk for guests. As a Platinum member in the IHG Reward Program, I was assigned to the Executive Floor and was very happy with my room. The check-in amenities welcome package was a nice touch, and I appreciated the option of choosing between 500 points or snacks and a water bottle. The front desk staff was exceptional and always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially the scrambled eggs made from real fresh eggs. Thumbs up for that! The hotel also had complimentary cookies at the front desk, which was a nice touch. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great night's sleep, clean and quiet rooms, and a complimentary breakfast to start the day off right.
