The breakfast was surprisingly good and enjoyable.

I was extremely disappointed with the state of the facilities. The bathroom in my room was in dire need of attention, with a shower curtain that was ripped and stained, which left a very unclean impression. Additionally, the room had a persistent mildew smell, likely due to the carpet, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I expected much better upkeep for the price I paid.

my stay was cozy in a comfortable room, and i loved that i could easily stroll to nearby attractions like the brandywine battlefield, which offered beautiful outdoor views and a piece of history just a short walk away, and the palm arboretum was perfect for a relaxing escape within close reach where i enjoyed the lovely walking paths and scenery that made my city exploration so enjoyable.

I arrived early, hoping to use the pool, but it was closed. After some back and forth, my room was finally ready. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work, and the staff struggled to fix it. Despite the challenges, the breakfast was decent for a quick bite before heading out. I expected more since it was part of a chain I usually trust. The room was pretty decent with a big TV, fridge, and microwave, which was super convenient. The bed was comfy, and I liked the layout. However, I had some issues with the service at check-in, it felt a bit off. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming. The place could use a good refresh as some parts felt a little outdated.

This was just a great fit for a brief visit in Concordville with incredible value for money. The friendly staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with the pull-out bed in our room. Try to get a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.
