I had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express. the bed was cozy, and the kitchenette in the suite was a nice addition. the pool was clean and the jacuzzi had strong jets for a relaxing massage. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even assisting us in finding hair spray. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The hotel accommodated our request for an earlier check-in, which was an affordable price and extremely helpful for our visit to NY. The location on NY's I-87 made it very convenient for us to access the area around the hotel.

The bed and pillows at Holiday Inn Express were exceptionally comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. Despite the pool being closed, the staff kindly directed us to a nearby hotel where we could still swim.

The hotel was very nice and clean with a huge bed and flat screen TV. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The jacuzzi was very nice and the fitness center was a great addition. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off of the NYS Thruway.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in West Coxsackie for a quick overnight stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the hot tub, which had extended hours. The breakfast, although limited due to restrictions, was still good and they even provided a grab-and-go bag. it was a pleasant experience.
