holiday inn express in kitty hawk was a pleasant surprise. after a disappointing previous stay, i was skeptical, but this time was different. the cleanliness was a priority, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. it was a much-needed break.

holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during this nightlife. clean, nice, updated facility, with a friendly staff who went above and beyond to take care of us. thankful for their understanding and care, especially the african american male with the locs from NY. the property was conveniently walkable to the beach, with an ocean view from our room.

Something was off - rooms not clean, with leftover trash and dirty washcloth from previous occupants.
