I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Hilton hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.

Excellent staff, helpful door staff, nice executive room, stunning ballroom, unbeatable location for theatres, exceptional waiters in the bar area.

Great location for theatre trips, with friendly and helpful staff. Quieter room on 2nd floor provided, which was perfect. Good breakfast selection and cute teddy bear face on cappuccino. Comfortable room at the back of the hotel.

One thing that truly made my stay at Hilton unforgettable was the fantastic location. Being in the heart of the Theater District allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city of London. I was also pleased to find that the room standard was top-notch, offering the comfort and luxury I expected from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the executive lounge was a real treat, with a great selection of food and beverages, and Antoinette's exceptional service truly stood out.

Great location, close to the tube and Charing Cross. the staff were exceptional and very friendly. the room was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming or friendly upon arrival. There was also no view from the room.

Loved the central location of the hotel, just a short walk away from major attractions and shopping areas. Made it easy to explore the city during my free time. Appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings.

The breakfast options were quite disappointing. the quality of the food was below par, with watery juices, cold eggs, and tasteless sausages.

Friendly and welcoming staff, personalized service. Helpful and knowledgeable concierge. Brilliant bar with great vibe. Celebrated birthday with special gestures. Excellent room, clean and tidy.

The location was fantastic, right next to the theaters, making it convenient for our night out. The hotel itself had all the amenities we needed and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided excellent customer service, making our stay extra special.
