Overall it was a decent stay. the hotel had a modern facility, and it was very clean. the staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast offered was excellent with a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the first was the noise level.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with providing information about local transportation options like Uber. The cleanliness of the hotel room really stood out to me, as it was the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Even those usually neglected corners in the bathroom were spotless! The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, offering more choices than most hotels with complimentary breakfast. The location was perfect, close to major stores, the beach, and just about everything I needed.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Neptune was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff, especially Samantha Belfiore, provided excellent customer service. The suite I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the tranquil woods. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities like the free breakfast and indoor pool were great additions to my stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. the shower in my room didn't have any conditioner, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is ideally situated with good restaurants and beaches close by the sea. The rooms are clean and the staff provides friendly service. The breakfast is good and the indoor pool is a plus. Some rooms overlook beautifully maintained grounds and wooded areas, making for a peaceful atmosphere.

One small downside is that some rooms don't have curtains that can be completely closed, which may potentially cause some disturbance if you're a light sleeper.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the shore, perfect for exploring the NJ beaches and local attractions. The location couldn't be better, with Asbury Park and other shore towns just a stone's throw away. The value for money is outstanding, with prices that won't break the bank. The basic amenities like a comfortable king bed, TV, and safe, exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was decent, but could use some improvement.

The bed was very comfortable, and the wifi worked well throughout our stay. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast, eliminating the need to find a separate place to eat. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was near some of the beaches, such as Ashbury Beach, where we spent most of our day. It was also close to major stores, making it easy to shop for any necessities we needed.

The suite we stayed in was perfect for our family of three. the rooms were large and spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, placing us in a central area that made it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. We also enjoyed the warm breakfast that was provided, starting our day off with a delicious meal.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the receptionist initially assigned us a room in the basement level, which was smelly and lacked fresh air.

We really appreciated the complimentary printing service in the business office. the hotel had a beautiful view of the wooded area, which was a nice change from the usual parking lot or pool views. the breakfast was adequate, and they even had hard boiled eggs, which made my wife happy. it was a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it was quite far from the beach front and the surrounding area looked somewhat barren and desolate. It would have been nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

Great family hotel close to the beach! Room was spotless and exactly like advertised pictures. Beds super comfy. Super close to Asbury Beach and Asbury Splash Park. Super family, friendly with complimentary beach buckets for the kids. Indoor pool and free hot breakfast. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. Parking close to hotel lobby and well, lit at night.

The pool is not managed well, with foggy water and a suffocating amount of chlorine. the bathroom in the king suite was not functional, with an overhead shower that is hard for kids to use.
