Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, within walking distance to many dining options and the Superdome. Our room was spotless, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. the convenient parking also made our trip hassle-free.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a bureau or hanging space for clothes in the room.

I loved the cozy lobby decor with comfortable seating for resting tired feet. the hotel's easy layout made it convenient for senior folks like me to navigate. It felt like a warm and welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful! From the friendly check-in to the helpful breakfast service, they were great all of them. the breakfast was really nice and tasted really good, setting a positive tone for the day. the location was convenient to the hospital and French Quarters, making it easy to explore the city.

One thing that could be improved is the efficiency of the staff. While they were friendly, at times they seemed a little inefficient, especially during busy check-in times.

Exploring the lively French Quarter on foot from our centrally located room made our trip unforgettable. Just a stroll away from Bourbon Street, we reveled in the vibrant atmosphere and cultural charm. Retreating to our spacious King-sized bed after a day of sightseeing was a cozy delight. the immaculate pool provided a refreshing oasis, while the helpful employee, Pansy, made our mornings brighter with a delightful breakfast service.

Regrettably, the rude night shift attendant detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff helped my elderly parents kindly. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, and flat-screen TV. I return here for a city break.

The customer service provided by the general manager was top-notch, making me feel valued and cared for. the localization of the hotel was convenient, allowing me to comfortably wait for a taxi. the room was impressively equipped with quality furniture, fixtures, and amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff's knowledge and assistance were EXCEPTIONAL, enhancing my overall experience positively. I also appreciated the variety of facilities available, including a fitness centre, laundry, and a business centre.

My crew and I had a blast hitting up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family. We were living our best life experiencing the coolest attractions without even stepping foot outside the hotel. From virtual reality games to karaoke nights, we were never bored!

Wished they had a more happening nightlife scene for us party animals. A rooftop bar or a club inside the hotel would have taken our stay to the next level!

The kids enjoyed the pool, and my wife and I loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. the location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot.

My children wanted a larger play area for more activities.
