I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Olean. the location was perfect, with easy access right off the highway and within minutes to everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were wonderful - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, as the rooms were well-stocked and clean. Lastly, the breakfast was typical for a hotel in this category, but it exceeded my expectations. It was very nice and well-stocked, far beyond anything I expected as a continental breakfast.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. the rooms were spacious and provided ample space for our family. Moreover, the staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service. the breakfast offered was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of delicious options, and the coffee was great too. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to access.

We did experience some shortcomings during our stay. the housekeeping service was inconsistent, with some days missing basic amenities like soaps or makeup remover wipes.

This hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and downtown. The staff was friendly and even provided us with a useful map of the area's restaurants. We had a room with a beautiful sunset view, and the breakfast was a nice touch.

The bathroom was very clean, and I appreciated the ample USB ports in the room. Despite the elevator being out of service, the staff notified me in advance and it didn't hinder my stay at the Holiday Inn. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a fun local bar right across the street. The check-in process was easy and the beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient parking at the back of the hotel, especially when unloading luggage in bad weather. my stay at Holiday Inn Express Olean was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
