I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location in the "bayfront" area of this city was ideal, especially since I wanted to be close to NAS Pensacola. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was hot and delicious, making for a great start to my day.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and held our reservation despite our flight delay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with sheets that were simply amazing. The spacious room and bathroom were a delight, with a well-designed closet and ample storage space. The breakfast options exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious choices. The location was perfect for visiting the Navy training center, making our stay even more convenient.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow elevator response time, even when no one else was using it.

This hotel in the bayfront area of Pensacola offers great value for money. The rooms, equipped with two comfortable beds, were clean and tidy, providing all the basic amenities we needed. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent service. We were particularly impressed with the delicious breakfast options, including cooked-to-order pancakes and a variety of sweets. The attention to detail from the breakfast hostesses, Victoria and Sandra, was commendable.

All was okay, nothing that needs improvement.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated their flexibility when we needed an early check-in. The renovations were going on, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pensacola.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. The location is great, especially if you love being close to the water. The rooms with 2 beds are spacious and comfortable, and we were happy to hear that our card was on file for added convenience. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious!

No negative aspects - everything was great!

We chose to stay here because it was convenient to the beach and had some affordable rates. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancakes and the bacon. The cafeteria was well organized, and the food was fresh. However, the hotel is not in a good neighborhood, and the construction materials were all over the parking lot, which was inconvenient.

The hotel requires an additional cash deposit in case of “incidents,” which was an overkill.

The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Corry Station Naval Base. The staff were friendly and treated me well.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast offerings.

The cleanliness of the sheets was a major issue, they made me extremely itchy. Even after having them changed, the itchiness didn't go away.
