We found the hotel's location convenient. It's close to Dillsboro, Waynesville, and Bryson City. the staff was excellent, rooms were spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. the A/C worked great, and the room was fairly quiet despite the proximity to the main highway.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and breweries. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Although the breakfast was limited, it was still very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clarion Pointe Sylva Near Cherokee Area offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff, a convenient location for tubing, the Casino, and Bryson City. the breakfast is basic but satisfying, and there is an option for laundry on the second floor. A very decent choice for the price.

Great value for the money with spacious, clean rooms. Convenient location close to multiple towns and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Cons: Breakfast delights: More variety like bagels or toast could enhance the morning meal experience.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains right off the highway, making it easily accessible. The location is perfect for enjoying the scenery and exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with great facilities like a microwave and fridge. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition with a great selection of food to choose from. The staff are very friendly and all go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable.

The facilities were top-notch, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The workshops and activities catered to both adults and children, ensuring everyone had a great time.

Received two complementary bottles of water upon arrival. Conveniently located just off the highway, near to main attractions. Room had a mini-fridge that was helpful for storing drinks and snacks.

The hotel felt dated and could use some updates. the room did not feel clean and had a strong smell of smoke.
