Fantastic staff made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The immaculately clean room was located away from the elevator, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The hotel boasted a great location near several restaurants and attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff member, Carson Perry, warmly greeted me upon arrival and accommodated my request for a top floor room. The room was immaculately clean and located away from any noise. The hotel's location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The staff took substantial measures to ensure everyone's safety during these times. The food at the Bistro was excellent, and the staff, especially Katrina, was professional and provided exceptional service. She deserves recognition for her ability to train other employees while still maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

My room was spacious and modern with a fantastic bathroom. Despite being sold out, it was quiet and relaxing. The hotel offered great value for money.

I asked for toiletries late one evening and although the front desk promised to bring them up, they never arrived. This was a minor issue, and I still had a great stay overall.

Checked in at 4pm, one room not ready, received smaller room instead. AC stopped working at 3am, uncomfortable. Nice check-out lady offered compensation.

Great service from the front desk staff, especially Carson Perry who provided a friendly greeting upon arrival. the top floor location we requested was accommodated, and the room was clean and well-maintained. the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants, making it easy to find dining options.

The breakfast service could be improved by having a separate menu for the free/included options, as it can slow down the line when the staff has to explain what is included each time. Additionally, it was disappointing that the hotel does not accept cash, which was not made clear until arrival.

Finally, the basic amenities provided were clean and well-maintained, creating a nice and cozy atmosphere. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast! As a military family, we were delighted to have breakfast included, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.
