Great Pre-Cruise Stay!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn for a pre-cruise hotel stay and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had answers to my questions. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, and I loved the complimentary flavored water available throughout the day. The pool may have been a bit cold, but the kids had a blast, especially with the poolside bar and the excellent bartender. Our two-bedroom room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen as a bonus. The only downside was that both bedrooms had king beds, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. But overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious enough for our family of 5. The hotel had a convenient food shop near check-in. The fire pit outside was a nice feature to enjoy in the evening. Though some lights were not working in the bedroom, the air conditioning noise didn't bother us. it was a satisfactory stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to Hertz and the Royal Caribbean terminal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very nice. The breakfast provided was the best we have ever had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Convenient food shop nearby, saving a trip to Publix. Limited microwave dinner options. Some lights not working in bedroom, but AC noise helpful for jetlag. Breakfast lady deserves a raise, while older front desk woman rude. Clean, spacious room and premises with friendly, accommodating staff. Would stay again due to free hot & cold breakfast and satisfied kids.

We had an amazing stay in a spacious 2 king bedroom suite at a stunning hotel. The room was nicely appointed and perfect for sharing with friends. The bathrooms were nice, although the hot water took a while to reach us. The staff at the front desk were friendly and recommended great local restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast area was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The location was excellent, close to various restaurants, and in a safe area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the value for money was outstanding - the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the entire property. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from both the cruise terminal and Cocoa Beach. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic - one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The variety of options and the quality of the food was impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful, making our experience even better. The rooms were neat and clean, with a two bedroom suite for our daughter and grandchildren and a one bedroom suite for us. The pool area was well-maintained, with crystal clear water. The hotel is conveniently located close to the cruise ship port and the beach. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. We also loved the unexpected BBQ dinner provided for guests on Tuesday evenings, which we enjoyed even during a thunderstorm thanks to the covered outdoor dining area.

This hotel is perfect for a pre-cruise stay or an extended stay with its kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The location just over the bridge and on the beach is unbeatable, making it very convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and the rates are very affordable.

No negative aspects to report, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from Port Canaveral and the Disney Dream Cruise ship. There is also a Burger King located on the same parking lot. The rooms were spacious and the free breakfast offered excellent waffles and fruits.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit problematic and had to be reset multiple times. This was inconvenient, especially for guests who needed internet access for work or school.

Our stay at Residence Inn was fantastic! The 2 king bedrooms + 2 baths setup was perfect for our group. The rooms were nicely furnished and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a spacious condo. The breakfast included in our rate was delicious and the lady who cleaned the breakfast room was extremely friendly and hardworking. The free internet was fast, although we did experience issues with our card key being demagnetized multiple times. Despite that, we would definitely choose to stay at Residence Inn again in the future. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
