This hotel is great value for money. I stayed in a single King bed room with a view and it was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I loved the breakfast buffet with its good selection of food, especially the cinnamon rolls.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, accommodating and made our experience the best it could be. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast and coffee. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed, and we particularly loved the shuttle service to and from the train station. Parking was easy, and cleanliness was top-notch.

The shuttle service provided to and from the nearby metro station was really convenient and saved us a lot of time. the breakfast menu was generous with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel is situated in a wonderful location that was a great starting point for exploring the surrounding areas and offered free parking too. the staff members were extremely polite and helpful with our needs and provided us with excellent service.

Amidst the good things, there were certain aspects that were not satisfactory. the fitness center was not fully functional which was a downside since we needed to use it.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I encountered an issue with the TV in my room. The remote control wasn't functioning properly, and I couldn't change the channel from FOX NEWS. I contacted the front desk, and a very pleasant staff member helped me by providing a remote from the lobby. However, I still had the same problem with the TV in the new room. It turns out that another guest had experienced the same issue. Although it was a small inconvenience, the staff tried their best to resolve the situation. Aside from this minor hiccup, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the breakfast layout was nice, and the overall experience was great. Considering the great deal we got, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. my stay at Holiday Inn Express was pleasant and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience.
