Great value for money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient for my conference at National Harbor, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, accommodating and made our experience the best it could be. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast and coffee. I had a great time staying at this hotel for over 10 days. The location was in a pretty nice area and close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-appointed with comfy beds and had a nice view. The breakfast had a good selection, including delicious cinnamon rolls.

Beds were uncomfortable, felt like rocks. The bathroom was dirty and falling apart, with a mildew smell.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff truly puts the customer first and they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even quickly resolved an issue with my room key and didn't charge me for a dental floss. The location is peaceful, quiet, and safe, and the personal service made me feel at home. The breakfast options were sufficient, even for a vegetarian like me. They had fruits, oatmeal, and soy milk available.
