We had a personal crisis and used our points for the night, the staff was so welcoming and saw that we were in a bind. One of the staff even hugged us, and when your world is falling apart with one crisis after another, being treated so kindly and warmly made all the difference in our state of mind. We slept well and felt safe and cared for. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and didn't have any unpleasant odors. We felt comfortable walking around without socks on. The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Winston-Salem historical district, perfect for exploring the area. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, even though the hotel was crowded. They went out of their way to assist us with a booking issue. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to the BB&T stadium. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Putters, which was also just a short walk away. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great addition, offering a good selection of pastries.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and matched the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the well-maintained rooms to the rolling tables, everything was taken care of. Lastly, the location was convenient for our purposes. We were attending a memorial service nearby and the proximity to the BB&T stadium made it easy to get around. Additionally, being close to Myrtle Beach was a bonus.
