A cozy stop during my road trip. I was really impressed by the friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. The indoor pool was great for unwinding after a long drive, and breakfast the next morning exceeded my expectations with plenty of options.

However, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, and I noticed the AC controls in my room were a little finicky. It was a bit unusual but manageable for a short stay.

During our trip to see local attractions, we had to find a place to relax after a long day of travel. The check-in was quick, and the room was comfortable with a great shower that felt refreshing. The next morning, we enjoyed an awesome breakfast that helped kickstart our day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that left us pleased.

after my previous stay in caddo valley, holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during this honeymoon. the room was clean and comfy, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was a highlight with delicious omelets and friendly service, truly setting a great start to our days.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay. The humidity in my room was unbearable. the AC unit failed to remove moisture, leaving the beds damp all night. Additionally, the lack of a vent in the bathroom exacerbated the issue, making it a truly uncomfortable experience. I was really looking forward to enjoying my stay, but I can't overlook these significant issues.

I received the wrong room type, and it feels like they need to improve communication about room availability!!! Also, those housekeeping staff were too noisy in the morning when I was trying to sleep in!!! Ugh!!!

The hotel is new and clean, with comfortable beds and fast check-in. It would be better if breakfast were available later on weekends, as I missed it on my second day. Good for a short stay if you don't need those amenities.
