Breakfast was a wicked treat, even if we did miss the full spread cause we thought it closed at 10:30. The lady cleaning up was super nice and brought us some sausages and muffins, which is nothin’ you’d expect. Rooms were clean and comfy, just what we needed after a long day out.

Had the best time with friends! We loved visiting the local casinos and took a ride on the trolley to check out the beautiful parks. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the free WiFi was super fast. Staff was friendly and helpful too, making our stay even better!

Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day, which was a bummer. I saw cleaning carts in the hallway, so it was confusing that we didn’t get service. Just a little hiccup in an otherwise great trip.

we enjoyed our date night at holiday inn express in bossier city. the room was clean and very comfortable, and we especially loved the fresh breakfast offerings. my previous stay here met my expectations, making this trip even better.

the shower water pressure was weak.

absolutely dissapointed! the water pressure in the shower was abysmal, and the tub seriously needs an upgrade. i expected better treatment for my special stay, yet there was zero compensation for these inconveniences. also, i almost enjoyed my stay but then found a customer coughing in the breakfast area, so rude! just couldn't give a good review.

It was just a decent option for a fleeting pause in Bossier City with incredible value for money. Rooms are very clean, and the room cleaning staff were friendly and honest, which made for a comforting stay. Try to grab some coffee from the lobby to kickstart your mornings!

I was really looking forward to a nice stay, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by odd signs about locked doors and no one at the front desk! ! This place felt more unsettling than comforting. What they call a suite had TVs that didn’t even work and everything seemed so dated, rust in the bathroom, mold in the fridge. At least the room was clean, I suppose.

I wouldn’t call it affordable. it’s definitely priced higher than what you get. I won’t be coming back.
