The hotel was located in a safe area with a well-lit parking lot. the outside seating area was a nice feature that I would have enjoyed on a warmer day. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average compared to other hotels.

I had requested an accessible room due to being temporarily in a wheelchair, but the room I was given was not wheelchair friendly. the bathroom door was too narrow for the wheelchair to fit through, causing difficulties.

During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Catonsville, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location. It was conveniently located near the aquarium, allowing us easy access to explore the area. The late check-in times also worked well for our schedule. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The crib provided for our little one was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to various food restaurants in the Baltimore and DMV areas. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was satisfactory, although I did some additional cleaning before use. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs, especially considering my wife's disability. Special mention to the housekeeping women who kept my room smelling and looking wonderful.
