This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff and facilities were exceptional, especially during the Covid19 crisis. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, with clean and crisp sheets that ensured a good night's sleep. The shower had hot and strong water pressure, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, right off the highway exit, making it easy to find. Additionally, there were stores and restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while visiting friends and family. The location was perfect, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Great location near Washington, DC with easy access to the interstate and nearby shops and food choices. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. the staff provided excellent customer service, even helping with a car battery issue after check-out. the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the metro station for easy transportation into downtown DC. Ample parking and a nice pool area.

The reception staff was not very friendly or accommodating, and there were issues with room assignments and incorrect charges. the breakfast area was small and crowded, with limited variety and frequent shortages.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during my business trip. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores, making it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or picking up any necessities. Additionally, the staff was professional and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the noise levels in the room. Being situated close to the highway, there was a constant disturbance from the traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep or concentrate.

The lady running the breakfast was absolutely great - very polite and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting ground transportation to the Amtrak station. I had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn Express in Springfield. The location was good and the items in the hotel were well presented. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated the refurbished bath/shower unit in my room. The hotel also had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was convenient. The friendly check-in experience and availability of coffee all the time were also positives. The hotel was in walking distance to some strip-mall stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. However, I must mention that the hotel is close to a busy highway, so there was some road noise in the room. Despite that, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

The pool was enjoyable, especially for my grandkids, and the lifeguard on duty was exceptional in ensuring their safety. Additionally, the maintenance and housekeeping staff were prompt and accommodating, promptly attending to any issues that arose during my stay.
