The location is super convenient for trains and buses, and the festive decor in the lobby was a lekker touch! Our room was spacious and quiet, felt more like home. Staff were really helpful, especially the concierge—no problem was too big.

Only downside, the English TV channels are a bit limited, but that’s minor.

Absolutely loved the location! A quick covered stroll to the station, and power adaptors in the room were a delightful surprise. Plus, a decent view and everything you need nearby!

But, oh dear! No one ever warned me that Christmas train ceremonies could turn a lobby into a mosh pit! And let’s just say my ‘extra bed request’ took a vacation of its own!

The new executive lounge is beautifully done and provides really excellent service.

Accessing the breakfast buffet can be awkward due to the food being served on surfaces at different heights, making it cumbersome for guests.

Staying at Hilton Osaka was such a delight! The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, showcasing Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines. I loved that there were multiple dining options, and the staff always aimed to please. It was truly a comfort to return to a clean and quiet room after a day of adventures. Plus, the indoor garden felt like a serene escape each time we came back to the hotel.

However, there were a couple of hiccups during our stay. The shower design left the bathroom floor a bit wet, and the lighting could use some improvement. Also, while the shuttle service was a short walk to the bus station, clearer signage could have helped. Even in luxurious settings, little things count!

The breakfast spread was fantastic with a great variety of foods! Loved my room with a breathtaking view of the city, and the comfy pillows made for a great night's sleep!

Nothing not to like.

Our stay at Hilton Osaka was nothing short of fabulous! Imagine having a luxurious oasis right above Osaka Station, making day trips a breeze! The room was spacious with a stunning view, and the air conditioning put a polar bear in envy. Breakfast was an adventure with an array of dishes—though the morning cheer from the staff felt like we were at a karaoke bar! But who can resist a buffet that changes every day? It was like a delicious surprise party for my taste buds! Plus, the gym and plunge pools were like a spa retreat after a day of exploring the city. Each team member treated us like royalty, ready to share a smile or assist us at any moment. Truly, this Hilton goes the extra mile, making us feel at home even miles away.
