I was thrilled with my recent stay at Hilton Osaka. The hotel's location near the train and subway stations made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The abundance of shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance was a definite plus. The highlight for me was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and English-speaking staff. The Executive Lounge exceeded my expectations, offering a wide range of amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when my room wasn't ready on time and I was upgraded to a spacious Suite. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and excellent amenities.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, with the subway just across the road and the airport limo right downstairs. It's also close to shopping malls, making it easy to shop and explore the city. The hotel facilities are excellent, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. The staff here go above and beyond to assist guests, from helping with restaurant bookings to guiding us on public transportation. The breakfast is delicious and the staff provide great service.

Great location near Osaka JR station, Umeda subway station, and airport shuttle. Spacious twin room with good city view. Helpful and polite staff. Nice indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna facilities. South East Asian staff assisted with luggage and ticket purchase. Senior male receptionist and female Japanese staff at lobby lounge were helpful.

The hotel was fantastic. The king bed was huge and comfortable, and the room was cleaned very well on a daily basis. The staff were very helpful. The hotel had nice touches, like the windows covering reminding you that you were in Japan. The view from the 23rd floor was amazing. The location was great, with easy access to Osaka Station and Nishi Umeda Station. one of the better Hilton hotels I've stayed in.

My two-night stay at Hilton Osaka was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location, right next to a subway station, was great for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The rooms were clean and neat, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was very complete. I wished I could have stayed longer and will definitely choose Hilton Osaka when I return to the area.

The Best thing about my stay was definitely the breathtaking view from my room. I was on a high floor and the cityscape view was absolutely stunning. Another advantage was the impeccable location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping centers, attractions, and dining options. Being able to walk to everything made exploring the city so convenient. Lastly, one of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and attentive staff. They always went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable time.

The one thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast menu. While it did offer a good selection of options, I felt that it lacked variety.
