Breakfast offerings were poor and barely stocked.

The breakfast spread was fantastic! Fresh pastries, warm biscuits, and a variety of toppings made for a great start to the day. The staff’s friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere.

One downside was the elevator seemed to be out of service during my stay, which made carrying bags up to my room a bit of a workout. I wish I had known beforehand.

One unexpected annoyance was that the tub was slippery, requiring me to rethink my bathing strategies. Not to mention, the wall-mounted soap and conditioner dispensers were placed too high for shorter folks, and I had a minor mishap with the conditioner shooting right in my eye. Plus, the air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool enough at night, which was a bit of a downer.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and had comfortable beds for my family. However, the shower's wall-mounted dispensers were too high, and I had a minor mishap with the conditioner dispenser. The stay was enjoyable, but I recommend addressing a few bathroom features for better accessibility. Great for families looking for comfort.

Blimey, I had a right good time here! The beds were proper comfy and the view of the mountains was a treat. Only downside was the elevator was knackered, so had to lug me bags up. Deffo coming back for that brekkie though, loved it!

The room was super clean and had comfortable beds. I loved the multiple plug-ins and USB ports for all my devices. The walk-in shower was definitely a highlight! It felt spacious, and the shower pressure was really good. Plus, having a nice lounge chair by the window was a nice touch for relaxing. The location was pretty quiet, so I got a solid night's sleep. You gotta love it when everything's well organized too!

We had a wonderful stay with the kids at the hotel! The indoor pool was a hit, especially for my three grandchildren, who had a fantastic time splashing around. Breakfast was also a delight—plenty of options for everyone to enjoy.

My children wanted a few more kid-friendly options at breakfast.

Our stay was pretty nice. The view from our room was lovely, and the staff were super friendly. I did have a lil issue with the bathroom door not latching, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was good, though the eggs could've been fresher. Loved the picnic area outside too!
