The room was clean and spacious with good air conditioning. Its proximity to the freeway made it a convenient stop for my travels, and the dining options nearby provided plenty of choices.

However, there were some cleanliness issues. the baseboards were falling off, and there were wet spots on the floor that seemed to linger from mopping but hadn't been properly cleaned. Breakfast was a letdown, with limited hot options available, and it felt poorly stocked. The noise from other guests in the hallways late at night was disruptive, making it hard to catch some z's. Lastly, the elevator was an issue, causing inconvenience for those needing to access higher floors easily.

Absolutely satisfied.

I had an unexpectedly delightful stay at the Best Western Plus St Louis West-Westport! The room was as comfy as a cloud and so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff was not just helpful. they were like your favorite superhero team! One of the front desk folks even held the door for us like a true gentleman. Checking in felt like joining a joyous family reunion rather than just a hotel stay. They even gave my mother a sweet little note wishing her a speedy recovery—who does that? It's little touches like these that really win you over!

Parking was a bit tight.

The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were on the lighter side. The nightstand featured ample outlets and USB ports. The breakfast options included enjoyable selections, enhancing the morning experience. Clean towels were provided daily, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could use more staff during busy hours.

I watched as they ran out of coffee while people were still waking up. The athlete kids were taking all the bagels, like they were training for an Olympic event.
