We had a wonderful stay with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to everything, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a nice pool to enjoy. Though the bathroom could use some ventilation, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and a kick-back meal in the evening. The staff was accommodating, even switching our room due to a minor issue, and their service made our stay very enjoyable. Despite some minor noise issues, the overall experience was positive.

The air conditioner in my room at Best Western Plus St. Louis West-Westport automatically adjusted the temperature to keep me comfortable. I never had to worry about coming back to a hot room. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for my needs. I would recommend this hotel for its efficient air conditioning and great location.

It was nice to have plenty of space to move around and relax. the staff at the counter and housekeeping were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and took care of our needs. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and a convenience store. It made it easy for us to get around and find everything we needed.
