The staff was super friendly and sorted out a room mix, up promptly, upgrading us to a spacious suite with a cozy hide, a, bed couch. the room and amenities were spotless, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. the convenient location near the expressway made it easy to get around town.

There were issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Our room wasn't serviced during our week, long stay, and the broken blackout shade let in too much sunlight in the mornings.

The room had some cleanliness issues, with hair and dust on the floor. the noise from the busy highway nearby made it difficult to sleep on that side of the building.

We greatly appreciated the prompt and efficient assistance from the staff. the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. the hot breakfast had excellent options, including egg whites for those with allergies. the location on the premises was convenient, so close to the highway yet quiet.
