We had an amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel. the atmosphere and decor gave off a classic Vienna or Budapest vibe, adding to the charm. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and polite staff took care of our every need. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to the bustling Tel Aviv port. Our room, although it was on the smaller side, was cozy and immaculately clean. the afternoon happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks was a delightful touch, especially since we arrived on a cold and rainy day. the highlight for us was the incredible breakfast spread, featuring a fantastic selection of high-end products. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The breakfast was excellent, with various egg dishes and other options. The hotel also offered a wonderful late afternoon snack, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being centrally located. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The 'free massage' advertised turned out to be only 15 minutes upon arrival, which . The view from our room was not great, as it overlooked a busy road.

We loved the warm and friendly greeting upon arrival, as well as the well-maintained property. The central location along the water was convenient for exploring. The available beverages and snacks were a wonderful treat after a long day of travel. Highly recommend for peace and quiet in the middle of a bustling city.

The hotel was directly on the ocean and conveniently located close to all the major fun activities. It was also just across the road from the beaches and a lovely park, making it a great location. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

It was all superb.

The location of this boutique hotel is great, just a short walk away from the beach. You can easily spend your days sunbathing and enjoying the ocean breeze. The hotel even has a Japanese-style loft on the rooftop, where you can relax and take in the beautiful sea view.

The room size is a bit small.

As old people, we appreciated the fabulous welcome by Amanda with wine. The lovely room with a spa bath and high-quality bed and linen ensured a comfortable stay. The unbelievable and delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff, especially Esther, was a delightful way to start the day. The two-hour happy hour with food and drinks, including alcohol, was a wonderful bonus. Additionally, the great location with a short walk to the beach and the beautiful roof garden added to our overall satisfaction. The complimentary mini-bar with soft drinks in the room and the provision of free water in beach bags with towels were thoughtful touches.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at the front desk. The staff made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was lovely, with a sailing theme wallpaper and a modern bathroom with a rainforest shower. The huge, comfortable bed and good quality bed linen made for a great night's sleep. The highlight for me was the roof terrace, which offered fabulous views of the marina and port. I also enjoyed the happy two hours buffet and drink time, perfect for pre-dinner get-togethers. I highly recommend this hotel for its charming decor, fantastic amenities, and friendly atmosphere.

The service at this place was top-notch. The staff always made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with a smile. They were incredibly helpful in giving recommendations and providing assistance whenever we needed it. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and the in-room safe. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic experience.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beaches and within walking distance to restaurants and bus stops. the staff were fabulous and provided excellent service. the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a bonus.

Some rooms overlooking the street were noisy, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, the hotel did not offer the possibility of a late checkout or a room to change after checkout, despite promising it.

The level of service at Shalom Hotel & Relax is exceptional. When I accidentally left two dresses in my room, the manager, Katerina, went above and beyond to personally bring them to me in Jerusalem. The staff truly cares about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with fresh and delicious options for everyone. The hotel's seaside-themed decoration creates a relaxing and vacation-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return if I'm in Tel Aviv again.
