Great Southern hospitality

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I experienced great Southern hospitality from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a convenient perk, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour front desk all making my stay more comfortable. The room was great, with air conditioning and an in-room safe, and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi for guests. I also appreciated the indoor swimming pool and fitness center, which gave me plenty of opportunities to stay active during my stay.

I was a little frustrated when the staff could only find one reservation despite my having paid in advance and having hard copies of the confirmation emails in hand. But overall, this hotel was great and I would recommend it to family looking for a comfortable, affordable option in this area.
