The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the room had significant cleanliness issues, with dust on the air conditioning unit and unvacuumed corners. Stains on the linens and sticky surfaces detracted from the overall experience. Temperature control was problematic; the shower was hard to regulate. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was convenient, and the staff, including the friendly evening employee, made us feel welcome. Breakfast was satisfactory, but there could have been more options, such as non-dairy milk and a microwave for keeping food warm.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from popular attractions like the LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Kansas City, which made it easy for me to explore the area on foot and enjoy the vibrant street life; plus, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I did notice there were some minor cleanliness issues in the shower, but it didn’t take away from my overall stay.

The evening of our second night took a surreal turn with a disturbance involving an unregistered guest. Security protocols clearly need reassessment. Parking poses its own challenges. A little attention in these areas could make for a far better stay.
