The staff was super friendly, and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Houston Outlet Center and there are some nice restaurants in the area. There is also easy access to the highway, which was convenient for getting around.

The view from our room wasn't great as we were facing directly towards the outlets and the car park. Additionally, our blind was broken and it stayed down throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy any natural light.

The front desk staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a small issue with my initial room reservation, but they quickly found a solution and provided excellent customer service. Their attentiveness and willingness to address my needs right away was much appreciated.

I did have a minor inconvenience during my stay as there was no well-lit vanity or dressing table in the room. It would have been nice to have a designated area where I could comfortably apply make-up and fix my hair while someone else was using the shower.
