The location of Grandstay Hotel & Suites Downtown was ideal. We enjoyed walking our dog in the nearby parks and beach. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The kitchenette looked well stocked. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The price for a suite was great, making it a great value overall.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, close to both the central business district and the lake. the room I stayed in was a one-bedroom suite with a separate bedroom, which I really appreciated. the full kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher was a great perk. the room was clean and in good repair, and the breakfast included in the room rate was a nice bonus.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the first issue was a musty smell in the bathroom and some of the furniture, which required airing out.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. It's located close to the downtown area which makes it perfect for guests looking to explore the city.
