The room was nice and relaxing, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's convenient location near I-90 made it easy to access for my business trip. Additionally, the breakfast bar offered a great selection of food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were a few issues during my stay. there was only one person at the front desk during check-in, causing delays and resulting in errors with our reservation.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also, the location was great, with beautiful views of the mountains.

This made me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the fan/hvac unit in my room was broken, so there was no air circulation, and the staff was unable to fix it.

As foreign tourists, we were thrilled with the clean, spacious rooms that were well appointed and had a wonderful bed. The TV reception and Wi-Fi were great, and the lighting in the room was perfect. The availability of outlets was also a big plus. The bathroom was clean and well supplied, and the breakfast was good with great coffee. The view of the mountains from our room was absolutely priceless.

Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The hotel failed to properly clean the room before my arrival, leaving previous guest's sheets on the pullout sofa. The staff could improve on their communication and coordination to prevent similar issues from recurring.

Convenient location near the Interstate and shopping centers. Starbucks is conveniently located across the street for coffee. the staff was accommodating during a snowstorm, which resulted in a closure of the nearby highway.

During breakfast, two college soccer teams consumed most of the food, leaving little for other guests. the breakfast hostess was overwhelmed and had no assistance.
