We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Rock Springs for a two-night getaway. The small suite we had was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The standout feature was the exceptional pool, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the fitness room exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of equipment. We were also delighted with the included breakfast buffet, which provided a delicious start to our mornings. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

During breakfast, two college soccer teams devoured all the food, and the poor breakfast hostess couldn't keep up with the demands. It seems difficult to have a dog in the area, as everyone constantly wanted to interact with our pet.

The room was nice and relaxing, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's convenient location near I-90 made it easy to access for my business trip. Additionally, the breakfast bar offered a great selection of food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There were a few issues during my stay. there was only one person at the front desk during check-in, causing delays and resulting in errors with our reservation.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also, the location was great, with beautiful views of the mountains.

This made me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the fan/hvac unit in my room was broken, so there was no air circulation, and the staff was unable to fix it.

As foreign tourists, we were thrilled with the clean, spacious rooms that were well appointed and had a wonderful bed. The TV reception and Wi-Fi were great, and the lighting in the room was perfect. The availability of outlets was also a big plus. The bathroom was clean and well supplied, and the breakfast was good with great coffee. The view of the mountains from our room was absolutely priceless.

The hotel failed to properly clean the room before my arrival, leaving previous guest's sheets on the pullout sofa. The staff could improve on their communication and coordination to prevent similar issues from recurring.
