As foreign tourists, we appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. Great location within walking distance to Chik-fil-A and a large shopping center. The shower was excellent with a strong water flow. The rooms were decent and clean.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in Huntersville for one night before my flight back overseas. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the bed, linens, and towels were all new and of good quality. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady who took care of breakfast. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items, and the coffee was delicious. I also appreciated having a fridge and microwave in my room, and the color scheme was very soothing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even accommodated our request for late checkout. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The front desk attendant, Jonathan, made check-in a pleasant experience with his cheerful demeanor. Despite the breakfast eggs not meeting our expectations, the breakfast overall had a good selection. The high-speed internet could have been better, but it did not detract from our enjoyable stay. We would gladly return to this hotel in the future and appreciate the exceptional service provided.

We had so much fun exploring the nearby Birkdale Village shopping area and trying out all the trendy boutiques and cool restaurants. The hotel's location was perfect for us party-loving teenagers, as there were plenty of activities and attractions within walking distance. Plus, the room had a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with all the amenities we needed. a great place for young people like us to have a blast!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene. While there were plenty of things to do during the day, we would have loved it if the hotel had its own nightclub or organized late-night events for young guests.

The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the hot coffee was really enjoyable. the staff members I interacted with were all friendly and helpful, answering my questions with a smile. the bed in the room was super comfy, and I loved having a fridge and microwave to use. Plus, the color scheme of the room was really soothing and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

One of the staff members wasn't as friendly at first, but warmed up later on. It would have been nice to have soap at the sink, and there was only one bar of soap for the shower.
