Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our coffee maker malfunctioned. The breakfast offered was delicious and the room was immaculately clean. The location was convenient for our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is located in a great area that is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Guests can easily walk to several options for dining close to the Holiday Inn Express hotel. Additionally, the staff provides friendly and helpful service to guests.

The hotel could benefit from improving its sound insulation between rooms to reduce noise disturbance.

We had a great trip to Jackson and Holiday Inn Express was perfect for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, it looked delicious and there were plenty of good restaurant options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids loved the reliable WIFI. The check-in process was smooth, and our beds were comfy with a nice shower in the room. a clean and well-maintained hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I really liked how close it was to everything in the area. Being in town for a cattle show, the location was perfect as it was near restaurants and shopping. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff, especially Justin at the front desk, was professional, accommodating, and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the easy access to the highway, making traveling in and out of the area a breeze.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, which was a huge plus. the hotel had free wifi and a microwave and fridge in the room, which made it convenient for guests. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the freeway and several nearby restaurants within walking distance.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. the walls were thin and noise from the adjacent rooms could be heard, especially through the interconnecting door.

The staff was exceptional and provided excellent service. Convenient location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was polite, professional, and very helpful. The room we stayed in was clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the lobby and common areas, were updated and well-kept. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and close to a variety of shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of hot food options. this hotel provided a relaxed environment and easy access to everything we needed.

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was welcoming. We appreciated the surprise of our daughter's stuffed animals neatly placed on the bed with a lovely note from the maid. Location was perfect with great access to the freeway and nearby restaurants. Overall I recommend it.
