I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of town. The location couldn't be more perfect, right on the bustling Commercial street, with everything just a short walk away. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even offered me an umbrella when it was raining. The service and hospitality were top-notch. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the free toiletries were greatly appreciated. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. It's a luxurious and comfortable place to stay, with great service and a perfect location in the heart of town.

We loved our stay at Lotus Provincetown! The property was clean and well appointed, with friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The shared and private bathrooms were both excellent, and the room had all the necessary amenities.

Our stay at the Lotus Guest House was absolutely wonderful. The location in the heart of town was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in Provincetown. The rooms were beautifully updated and exceptionally clean, making us feel comfortable and at home. We especially enjoyed the cute garden in the back where we could relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. The staff, particularly Sean, were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast with fresh coffee and pastries was a great way to start each day. I highly recommend this guest house for its fantastic location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Close to everything with the bonus of a lovely little private garden. Very close to the harbor where the high-speed ferries arrive from Boston. Staff was accommodating and provided local recommendations.

Located right off the main street, Lotus Provincetown is in the heart of all the action. You will be just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the inn is right off the pier, offering easy access to the waterfront.

There may be some noise if you get a room facing the main street.

Had a great Christmas vacation at this guest house. the rooms were beautifully furnished and recently renovated. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. the shared bathroom was consistently clean and the shared amenities like the fridge and coffee/tea station were convenient. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the action and within walking distance to everything. Will definitely consider staying again.

The bed was a bit lumpy, which made it a little uncomfortable. Also, the room was smaller than expected, with limited storage space.

We had a blast at Lotus Guest House! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all the action. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had an air conditioner to keep us cool and block out any noise. The shared bathroom was always clean and we never had to wait. The shared facilities on the third-floor landing, like the fridge, ice maker, and coffee/tea station, were super convenient. And guess what? We were lucky to find out that Lotus had a karaoke night and a casino event during our stay, which was a total blast!

We loved staying here in the center of town. This place had great service and housekeeping, and the room was comfortable with excellent heating and air conditioning. The terrace and garden furniture made for a lovely sitting area. The staff was accommodating and hospitable.

The complimentary drinks in the lobby, the location was amazing - right in the heart of everything. the bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep.

The room was very small, felt very cramped and difficult to navigate. the noise from outside was very loud, kept us up until late at night and woke us up early in the morning.

I had an amazing retreat at Lotus. From the moment I arrived, the house manager, Rich, was like an angel, taking care of all my needs. The house was spotless, with everything well cared for. The warm hot muffins and bagels in the morning were delicious. The fireplaces in the rooms made for a cozy fall trip. Parking right out front was convenient. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this retreat.
