I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Smithfield for 3 nights on a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I loved being able to have breakfast onsite, it saved me time and money. Although the pool was out of order, the staff went above and beyond to arrange for us to swim at another nearby facility. I always feel very welcome when I stay at this hotel!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Smithfield for a family trip. The hotel was conveniently located off I-95, with nearby restaurants. The spacious and comfortable rooms easily accommodated our family of five. Despite some parts of the property being dated, there were ongoing redecorating works. We appreciated being given four rooms on the same floor, close together as requested. The staff, including Alicia at the front desk, were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was satisfying, saving us money and the hassle of going out. our stay was welcoming and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express in Smithfield. the front desk staff was amazing, and I had so much respect for the hardworking housekeeping staff. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely loved the pillows. I have no idea where they are made, but whoever made them did a fantastic job. I always choose Holiday Inn Express when visiting Smithfield, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Large, clean room with all the amenities I needed , microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. the check, in process was smooth and the staff was competent and friendly. the location was convenient, with a movie theatre and several restaurants within walking distance.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the sheets in my room were dirty, so I had to sleep on top of the covers and even had to buy my own pillow cases from Walmart.
