Amazing value for money with a great location on the quieter south side of the island. the hotel offers a lovely restaurant with the option to dine anywhere you want, including your private terrace or by the pool. the hotel provides beach towels and also offers amenities like kayaks and snorkeling equipment. the staff were kind, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations.

The drinks at the hotel were large but had too much ice and not enough alcohol. Leaving the hotel was the worst part of the experience.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The King Suite I stayed in was absolutely amazing. It had its own private patio with a beautiful green area and a hammock where I could relax and enjoy the picturesque views of the ocean and Cancun in the distance. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. They even delivered lobster and wine to my room, so I didn't have to leave the property! The complimentary breakfast was also brought right to my patio every morning, which was a great way to start my day. The rooms in this hotel all have stunning views of the sea, and it's the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I also loved exploring the island on a golf cart, stopping at popular attractions like the turtle sanctuary and Playa Norte. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

They were always willing to assist and were very approachable. Additionally, the hotel offered fresh drinking water at multiple locations, which was convenient.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the receptionist we encountered was extremely unfriendly and lacked good service skills.

Close enough to town that if you rented a golfcart you could tour, it strikes a nice balance between seclusion and accessibility.

The rates for the rooms can be quite high, especially during peak seasons. However, considering the quality of the accommodations and the level of service provided, it's still worth a visit.

And the beach, just steps away, offered phenomenal snorkeling opportunities. We only stayed one night, but it felt like paradise.

I gotta say, my stay at La Joya in Isla Mujeres was worth every penny. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect too, with a beautiful beach and stunning sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Now, when it comes to breakfast, the only thing that could've been better was the variety. A little more options would have been nice, but overall, it was still a decent meal.
