My family and I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. the hotel was clean, with free parking and a delicious breakfast. the staff was friendly and attentive, especially towards our children. the modern facilities, convenient location, and refreshing pool added to our enjoyable experience. We appreciated the well-stocked, clean, and pleasantly scented room, along with the effective privacy shades and comfortable bed. Overall, a top-notch experience.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel. the staff and guests were friendly. Enjoyed the city view and cleanliness. Convenient location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Some guests reported issues with overcharging and poor customer service, such as uncompassionate staff and difficulties in resolving payment errors. Deposit was higher compared to similar hotels with fewer amenities and inconveniences like having to request pool towels at the front desk.

At my first stay, the staff guided me to the best taxi. This place has all I need: Wi, Fi, free parking, snack bar, fitness center. Can't wait to return for the weekend!.

My shower experience was disappointing, with hot water running out twice during my stay. Nonetheless, the room was quiet, clean, and the breakfast selection was exceptional. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
