had a great stay at holiday inn express moab, exceeded expectations with welcoming staff, spacious room, delicious breakfast, and the lovely pool that stayed open late. made our early morning flight much easier with the helpful front desk.

Pool towels were missing.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside Arches National Park and within close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We booked our stay and went to the hotel eagerly awaiting our vacation. While the staff kindly accommodated us at another nearby hotel for the same price, it was frustrating and disappointing. Despite this hiccup, the location is convenient to the national parks and downtown area, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of healthy options to choose from.

The pool area was crowded and lacking enough seating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Moab. The location was perfect for visiting the national parks nearby. The breakfast options were great and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the availability of coffee throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One minor drawback was that the room was a bit small for our family of six. Additionally, the breakfast could have been warmer and freshly cooked.

One downside was that the carpets in the room were not clean, with visible debris and hair. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was loud and the temperature control was not ideal, as it was either too hot or too cold.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the quality of the room furnishings. the room was clean, up-to-date, and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options, and we especially enjoyed the hot breakfast meats. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated between Arches National Park and the town of Moab. This allowed us to easily explore both areas and take advantage of the beautiful hikes and sunsets.

This hotel was a great value for money with its wonderful location in the valley, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities available in the room, including the comfortable bed, made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, breakfast was included and had something for everyone in our family.

Megan provided great recommendations for exploring Arches National Park and even gave us a late check-out so we could fully enjoy our time there. the location of the hotel is also ideal, being close to the park and a short drive to restaurants and shops in town. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable and convenient stay in this beautiful area.

It takes only five minutes to reach Arches National Park and is within walking distance from the city center. The staff at this hotel are wonderful, providing great service and attending to the guests' needs. They are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The rooms in this hotel are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping the rooms tidy and comfortable.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, with no major issues.
