On a brief one-night stay during our road trip, the central location of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Desert was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the spacious room with a large bathroom and comfy bed exceeded expectations. the accommodating staff, ample parking, and various breakfast options added to the positive experience. Despite not being able to use the pool, the overall modern and clean aesthetic made our stay enjoyable. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were cozy, and the bed had soft and firm pillows. the location was convenient, with eateries and amenities nearby. the breakfast selection was varied, with many choices available. I liked that there was a Starbucks, gas station, and restaurants just across the street. the 25-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs was reasonable, and the pool was a refreshing spot to relax, even though it wasn't covered.

I was slightly bothered by noise in the morning from neighboring rooms being cleaned. Also, sounds from the room above were audible, which disrupted my rest.

Always stay here, first time staff recommended great restaurants. Has everything I need , Wi, Fi, free parking, 24, hour reception. Perfect for me. Coming back for trip.

Convenient location off the freeway with many dining options nearby. Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and varied breakfast choices. Staff, especially Alex, is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist guests. A great choice for a pleasant stay in Palm Desert.

My room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites had a modern design with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the pool and gym were great facilities. Unfortunately, noise from nearby equipment disrupted my stay briefly. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
