The location of the hotel was convenient for our destination. We were able to easily reach our desired location without any issues. Additionally, the receptionist at the hotel was friendly and tried her best to be helpful given the circumstances. She made our stay pleasant despite the challenges.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the room did not meet our expectations based on the advertisements.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express in Lasalle. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and I loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The location was convenient, with gas stations and plenty of places to eat nearby. It was also nice and quiet. The staff, especially Sherry at the Front Desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The jet tub in our room was the perfect size and made our Christmas getaway extra special. We also appreciated the free breakfast offered by the hotel. It was a convenient and tasty way to start our day. Additionally, the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

One downside was that the room had a slight smell, as if it used to be a smoking room. the wallpaper near the jet tub was also starting to peel away.

The staff, from the management to the front desk and cleaning ladies, were all extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast, cooked and taken care of by a wonderful lady, was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed, a nice tub, and convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. The location was also ideal, with nearby dining options and a gas station, while still being quiet and peaceful. everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning in the future.

She even fixed an issue with our room reservation, thanks to her, we will definitely be staying here again. The location was great, away from city noises, and the hot tub spa was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking at Starved Rock. The bed was super comfortable too, ensuring a great night's sleep. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The breakfast options were awesome and tasted very good. The lady who cooked and took care of the breakfast area did a great job, and it was enjoyed by all. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The staff, including the manager, the ladies at the front desk, and the cleaning ladies, are doing a superb job. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The location was close to stores and restaurants, making it convenient for us.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of options.

The front desk staff was quick, friendly, and competent. They greeted us with smiles and even gave us recommendations for lunch. The breakfast had new options and the service stood out. We were able to dine before listed hours to get an early start. The housekeeping staff, although inconsistent, was mostly spotless and restocked amenities. Any missed items were quickly provided by the front desk, who were apologetic and offered points and complimentary snacks.
